Eighteen years have elapsed since I entered the world of Children’s Behavior Modification, invaded the space of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and leaped over the walls of children with Autism. The journey was long and arduous, yet full of thrill and excitement. Patience was my strongest virtue to remain determined on drawing a smile on mothers’ faces whose children suffer from behavioral or social challenges. I have always had a firm belief that every child has a great inner potential that can be exploited and made use of. Regardless of what challenges a child faces, there is always a way to get into their own world so as to give them a hand and help them achieve the utmost levels of improvement and adaptation to the surrounding environment of which their school is an example.I have touched the pain in mothers’ hearts and frustration surrounding fathers. I have seen how parents, whose children have developmental, social and behavioral challenges, were abandoned to despair. I have watched mothers giving up to reality, after they in pursuit of the hope that their children would ever be like other children and have their fair share of education, training as well as every aspect of life.
Expectations were way beyond imagination, and the responsibility was too heavy to shoulder on my own. Therefore, I decided to recruit a team of the elite therapists to help shoulder the great responsibility and unshoulder the burden of trust. Honored working with them, the team members have believed in their significant role of dedication and devotion to the mission, understanding its nature and being fully aware of how big the challenges are. Based on this principle, the Son Rise Center for Children’s Behavior Modification was founded as a fruit of a long process of persistent challenge-facing and determination to drawing smiles of satisfaction on mother’s faces and granting hope and faith to families that their children can do it…. “Yes, They Can!”
